## Clarity across proposals, agreements and outstanding signatures

Real estate work involves different people and documents: proposals, service agreements, rental contracts and amendments, depending on the process. Files in separate conversations make it harder to know who received, who signed and which version is complete.

The Signature Platform helps send documents, track signatures and keep agreements stored in one place. It serves independent real estate professionals as well as agency and property-management teams.

## Organize participants before sending

Review the document and determine who must participate: customer, landlord, tenant, representative or guarantor, as applicable. Verify contacts and representation authority within your procedure. Having a phone number or identity result does not automatically establish authority to sign for another person.

Choose delivery and authentication channels allowed by the plan. Track outstanding signatures and use enabled reminders. SMS and WhatsApp generate additional consumption; account for that in your routine.

## Identity when the process requires it

KYC can add identification before contracting or a sensitive change. Its result must relate to the correct document and person. It does not replace registration checks, ownership verification or assessment of business terms.

Every instrument has its own requirements. Review with the responsible legal professional which documents fit your workflow and which need other formalities, registrations or procedures. Do not treat online signing as an automatic replacement for every real estate act.
